FW 33 Characteristics of a “FITNESS WARRIOR”

1. Never complains and whines – this person just comes in the studio and kicks butt each and every time!! NO complaints….NO whining….NO “I’m too tired” ……No “I’ve had a long day so I can’t work out” …NO ”I don’t have time to exercise” ….this person is all about “just getting it done”!!

2. Has an awesome and positive attitude about exercise – this person just loves the challenges and everything that comes along with one’s fitness journey. Lifelong fitness is a journey and never a destination. This person looks at a CHALLENGE straight in the eye and smiles at it and hammers threw it!!

3. Never gives up – the most important factor in accomplishing any goal is being persistent. Some goals take a week to accomplish….some take weeks and some take years!! If you want to excel in your job…how long does that take? If you want to have an awesome relationship with your spouse or loved one…how long will that take? If you want to raise an “awesome” child….how long will that take? My point is …anything worthwhile takes time and sometimes it’s never easy. It takes dedication…motivation…commitment and discipline. Keep your eye on your goal and keep moving forward towards it…!!
